 We welcome vendors of all kinds at the Red Barn—from seasoned flea market veterans to new entrepreneurs. Whether you’re looking for a weekend garage sale booth or a permanent outlet for your business, you’ll find a home at the Red Barn! The Red Barn is a Bradenton landmark that attracts locals, tourists, and seasonal visitors. Booth Rates

Most stall spaces are 10′ X 10′; a few along the north side are larger. If you need more space, we recommend that you rent two or more spaces side by side. To see details of a particular area, simply view the section below outlining the booth areas!

Equipment Rentals

Tables are available for rental at $1.50 + Tax per table per day. Tables are approximately 2.5 X 8′.

 
 

Electric

Available in certain areas. If you need electricity-please ask about availability. Starts at $1.50 + Tax per day.
 

Canopies

You may put an approved canopy over uncovered spaces on the east side. No canopies allowed next to the building on the north side.

Mall/Plaza Area

Air Conditioned and lockable. For information on rental rates and availability in the mall/plaza area, please contact the office.

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from May through September, the Red Barn hosts Garage Sale Weekends. Covered and uncovered outdoor booths are available at discounted rates.

Vendor Hours

We open at 6:30 am for vendors to come in and set up. You must be set up by 8:00 am.

No-shows are re-rented beginning at 9:00 am on market days on a first-come-first-serve basis for those who sign up that day.

Rental office open 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Market hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
 
You must remain open during these hours.
Reservation Policies
Wednesdays: Reservations for Wednesday market day start at 8:00 am on Tuesday morning. (If you plan to be open on the weekend, too, you may also reserve weekend space at this time.)
 
Reservations may be made in person or over the phone; payment must be made before you set up your booth.
 
Weekends: To reserve space for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, reservations start at 8:00 am on Thursday morning. Reservations may be made in person or over the phone; payment must be made before you set up your booth.In order to be a permanent vendor and keep the same spot, you must be open on all mandatory market days, which currently are Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays during the Winter season. Permanent vendors may pay weekly or monthly in advance.
 
If you only want to be open on certain days (for example, only on Saturdays and Sundays), you must call each week to see what is available.

The Plaza includes the front stores and front aisle plus a restaurant and the large produce stand at the North end of the building.

Entire Market

This includes the Plaza and all other areas of the Red Barn.
